I author test strategy at platform level, design and ship custom automation frameworks, and lead small SDET teams on programmes where stakes are high and the work has to land. Owned the test approach for a CRM migration — the technical foundation of a multi-year Lead-to-Opportunity transformation programme — and personally delivered the entire test workstream for the parallel item-master migration onto a global product information management platform.

From 2 weeks to under 10 minutes — manual regression compressed via 170+ automated scenarios delivered through a NuGet-packaged C# framework with full CI/CD assurance gates.

Designed a two-layer architecture separating a reusable framework from the test layer, built data-driven tests sourcing the live vehicle catalogue at runtime, and upskilled internal manual testers on hands-on C# automation.

Built and maintained multiple in-house automation frameworks (Web, API, Azure Cloud), used service virtualisation to keep automation atomic, and championed CI/CD via Terraform and YAML pipelines.

10-year, £40m contract extension — pioneered the onshore/offshore workforce model and founded an estate-wide Test Guild, adopted as the mandated standard across 50+ vendor teams.

Defined the Agile test policy governing multiple consultant vendors, established a single set of standards (web/API/mobile frameworks, IaC API pattern library), and led the integrator’s internal Community of Practice for DevOps and Automation.
